I thought a lot about a good exercise for our butt and our legs. Now I found one.
Here is how you do it:
Lay with your back on a mat. Place your feets on the ground, your knees are angled.
Pull your butt up. Strech out one
of your legs but stay in position with your hips. They should be paralell to the floor. Then move the leg up and back to the hight of your knee. Repeat that for 8 times.
Lay back on the mat. Then do the same with the other leg.
