Hi everyone!

You know I’m a huge fan of David Kirsch and his philosophy.
Here’s a new article, which in my opinion should motivate us to do
our workout properly. Means: Don’t count the repetitions, go to your limit! But as always: never forget to pay attention to the signals our body’s sending us.
