Banana bread a bit different


I was standing in front of our fruit bowl at home, looking at two pretty ripe bananas. I’m not so much into bananas… So what to do with them? YES! Banana bread!!!
So I searched the internet for ideas to bake a banana bread. After a few inspirations I had an idea, how to do my own version of the banana bread; with raisins and pumpkin seeds.
(I’m not good at baking at all, but I really liked my banana bread! Actually, it was delicious – with a bit of butter and slices of chickenbreast or with jelly
and cheese: yummie 🙂 )

The recipe:

What you need:

4 Sp*             glutenfree flower (because I hace celiac disease)
or normal flower
1                      egg
2                      ripe bananas
2 Sp                raisins
1 Sp                 pumpkin seed
a pinch of      salt
a pinch of      raw sugar
a pinch of      baking powder

 * soup spoon

How to do:

Smash the bananas, mix all the ingredients together.Heat the oven: 200 °C and air circulation (but not necessarily).
Take baking dish, which could gather 0.5 litre. Cover it with baking paper so the bananabread would’nt stick on the dish. Fill it up.**
Put it in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that take it out, let it cool down for five minutes , cut it into slices and let them cool out again for another five minutes.

That’s it.

** I took two of them (made out of aluminium), half-full. Because I hadn’t much time. This way they were baked faster.
