I saw a really cool and very effective exercise in the gym lately. All you need is a stability ball.
The following pictures show you how to do the exercise:
Lay on your back, put the ball between your feet, squeeze it.
Roll up with your upper back and bring the ball to your shoulders at the same time.
It will burn like hell!
5 or more repetitions will do it.
